- Add oil to pan and let it heat
- Add onions and garlic into the pan
- Stir - do not let it burn or everything will then taste bitter
- Add the vegetables in, stir and let soften
- Add salt and pepper‚ stir again
- Add lentils, chopped tomatoes and vegetable stock
- Bring to boil, then turn down the heat to a simmer
- Put the lid on and leave it for 30 minutes and enjoy!
