Gregg's Blog - A Happy Weight Loss

I really enjoy filming the recipes that we put on social media. I film them with my daughter Libby. We seem to have the same sense of humour and I’m sure the fun and the silliness is clear on the clips.

I really enjoy cooking and I really hope that you do too. This fun and happy attitude to well-being really got me thinking.

Why can’t weight loss and good health be fun and enjoyable? Why on weight loss plans does it all look so serious? Why do so many people consider weight loss to be something that is hard work or even miserable?

So many people consider weight loss to be something incredibly difficult they imagine it has to be about exercise. They imagine it has to be about boring food and of course they imagine that they are going to be hungry.

I’m coaching somebody at the moment as a favour to a friend. He’d lost weight on two previous occasions when he was younger and said he done it by virtually starving himself and then of course he very quickly put all the weight back on again.

My daughter Libby told me she gets so many messages from GreggWallace.Health members who say "I’m losing weight and I didn’t really believe it because I wasn’t hungry, I wasn’t unhappy." This makes me happy.

Weight loss should always go hand-in-hand with good nutrition. Good nutrition should always go hand-in-hand with delicious food. Food will always be highly enjoyable.

This journey of yours to better health and therefore a better life should be a happy journey, a journey that should bring a smile to your face.

GreggWallace.Health is different. Not only is it healthy and sustainable, it’s a proven weight loss system that uniquely, as far as I can tell is also a happy system!
