I hope you all had a wonderful bank holiday weekend. The last of the summer.

It does very much feel like autumn is just around the corner. Personally, I miss the hot days already. I’m like a lizard. I absolutely love the hot sunny days.

But autumn is inevitable and we will bring you beautiful dishes to match the season, that I promise you. Healthy dishes that will lift your mood no matter what time of year.

I’ll be writing a blog when I finish this newsletter and it nearly always coincides with Anna making and filming a recipe. A recipe every week. We always deliver.

You can catch me live on YouTube Monday mornings at 10 am and Sunday and Monday evenings at 6 pm. We have a chat around the kitchen table and we discussed the dish that day, it’s cost and it’s calorie count.
