Hello everybody, and hello June! How did that happen? How are we already 6 months through the year?! hope you are all doing okay. Summer is on its way. Use this for motivation get yourself in the best shape possible.

Remember planning is absolutely key to this. I’ve coached people for years and it only ever goes wrong when life becomes complicated and all meal planning disappears. At that point, we just grab for stuff and in my experience that never goes well.

Even if you are going out on a social occasion or travelling, consider what your meals are likely to be. Consider when you may be hungry and what will be available to you. Talk to your friends that you are meeting up with ask them what they are planning on eating. Your health is important you shouldn’t be embarrassed to ask.

I go live every evening at 6 pm on Tik Tok in my kitchen cooking healthy quick recipes. I include the calories and the cost. To join me.
