We are due a heat wave this weekend. I find this time of year so inspiring. We call it spring the Italians call it primavera it means the first Green and it has poetry to it. I’m sure you would agree.
Look, it’s just an idea but if you go to bed earlier, you can wake up earlier and you can take yourself off for an early morning walk. It is such a positive way to start your day. I’m telling you you will really appreciate it. You can take the scenery or the sounds or Bird song or even listen to some classical music or a podcast, but it’s such a brilliant thing to do give it a go.
I cook live from my Kitchen at 6 pm every night on TikTok. I nearly always cook something quick, healthy and cheap please do come and join me.
