Oh my word it's absolutely roasting! I love the sunshine I really do but right now I’m struggling to sleep at night and that is obviously having a knock on effect to my energy during the day. Anyway, I’m trying not to complain because I want it to be hot and sunny.
Anyhow, I hope you had a wonderful weekend and you have survived the heat wave. Please remember it’s so important to keep yourself hydrated. You should be drinking at least 2 L of water every day. Keep a big bottle beside you so you know how much you’ve had.
If you are struggling to stay on plan and it does happen, just simplify... bring it right down to basics. Drinking enough water, get your steps in and importantly, no snacking! That is the killer the snacking. Start with easy simple meals and then work your way up to planning for the day ahead and then planning for the week.

I go live from my Kitchen on TikTok at 6 pm every evening, but I’m working with someone and possibly bringing a lot of content over to You Tube so I will let you know.
