Hello and I sincerely hope you are all having a good week. Hello July!

Now remember we have a large collection of recipes many of which are perfect for hot summer days. This time of year as well we are also working on nice crisp fresh recipes for you.

For many people, summertime is a great time to lose weight. It’s so hot they just don’t feel like eating. My tip is lots of fruit really refreshing and really good for you.

After I finish this letter, I’m going to be working on a blog because I’ve hurt my back. I think it’s going to be how important stretching can be at any age.

As I said, I know that my Anna has been working on some recipes because I’ve secretly nibbled a few.

I am now live on YouTube every evening from Monday to Thursday at 6 pm. At the moment I’m doing it from the bedroom because I’ve hurt my back. In future I expect to be in the kitchen knocking up easy inexpensive healthy recipes.

We also have plans to go live every Sunday lunchtime, perhaps even with a glass of wine I think it will be fun to join us on YouTube.
