I’m hoping that you had a really lovely long weekend. I’m hoping you’ve got out in the sunshine and the fresh air and stretch your legs. It’s so important for your physical and your mental health.

There is a new blog from me and there will be every week. There are new recipes coming and they very much reflect the change of season.

I go live every evening at 6 pm in my kitchen on TikTok. I cook healthy easy and inexpensive recipe recipes please do come and join me.

I’m starting to go live again on Instagram as I used to do, but I don’t have a set time for it every day.

I’m also posting videos into the Facebook group and I hope they are they are helpful. If there is a subject you’d like me to tackle, please do let me know.
