The answer is easy...
I know I mentioned my piece of cake Podcast quite a bit, but I've met so many amazing people and it's giving me a real insight into the world of health, weight loss, and nutrition. There are four people I think who have had a big impact on me in this series and they all, in their own way, have the same message. That's Ella Mills, Doctor Rupee, Professor Tim Spector, and Dr Megan Rossi. They each preach the same thing. They each promote good health through good nutrition, the eating of healthy food, and increase in more plant-based ingredients.
The answer to personal good health, they know, is good eating. Nobody would argue with this; probably most of us aren't aware just how beneficial this is. Not just for weight loss, but in combating cancer, heart disease, dementia, diabetes - the list goes on and on. Nobody in their right mind would debate the importance of healthy eating. The academics and medical experts I've interviewed on my podcast tell me that the answer to good health is easy. It really is as simple as eating well. This answer is so easy and in itself, it shouldn't be an issue.
The issue is that not everybody is fully aware of the difference between healthy and unhealthy food, and more importantly, not enough people know how to cook. So many people don't know how to cook and therefore say they simply don't have time. I didn't know when I started GreggWallace.Health the importance of good nutrition. I just found out using myself as a case study that good healthy food and lots of it was the secret of weight loss. There was so much more.
