I started GreggWallace.Health because I had reached the heaviest weight I have ever been. I felt tired, sluggish, my back hurt and with a new baby on the way I was adamant not to be that dad who can't play with their child due to being overweight. Plus I couldn't bring myself to buy any more clothes in a larger size!

It’s taught me self control and discipline but most of all, it’s taught me how to be me again.
