  • 80g spinach
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 spring onions (chopped)
  • 60g peas
  • 1tsp olive oil
  • Pepper (to taste)
  • Salt (to taste)
Equipment :
  • Baking mold/muffin tray
  • Bowl/jug
Tips :
Put ingredients into a jug so it is easier to pour into a mold later
  1. Preheat the oven to 200ºC/gas mark 6
  2. Crack eggs into a bowl or jug and whisk eggs up
  3. Add spring onions, spinach and peas to the bowl/jug - mix together
  4. Season with salt and pepper
  5. Pour mix evenly into a mold
  6. Put into the oven for 20 minutes
  7. Take them out of mould and enjoy!
