  • 80g spinach
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 spring onions (chopped)
  • 60g peas
  • 1tsp olive oil
  • Pepper (to taste)
  • Salt (to taste)
Equipment :

Baking mould muffin tray Bowl/jug

Tips :
Put ingredients into a jug so it is easier to pour into a mould later
  1. Preheat the oven to 200 C/gas mark 6
  2. Crack eggs into a bowl or jug
  3. Whisk eggs up
  4. Add spring onions
  5. Add spinach
  6. Add peas
  7. Mix all ingredients together
  8. Add salt and pepper
  9. Pour mix evenly into a mould
  10. Put into the oven for 20 minutes at gas mark 6 or 200 C
  11. Take them out of mould and enjoy!
