Makes 3 tacos/serves 1

  • 200g tinned of pineapple chunks
  • 1 tsp crushed chilli
  • 1/2 red onion (diced)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Handful of coriander (chopped)
  • Juice of 1/2 a lemon
  • 150g cooked prawns
  • Olive oil
  • Pinch of Paprika
  • Sour cream
  • 3 taco shells
  • Handful of rocket to make a side salad
Equipment :

Knife Baking tray

  • Pre-heat the oven according to the instructions on your taco shell packet
  • Put your onion, coriander and pineapple into a bowl and mix together
  • Add 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • Put your tacos into the oven‚ follow the instructions on your packet
  • Build your taco by layering rocket, salsa, prawns and spoonful of sour cream on top
  • Enjoy!
