All you have to do to be as slim as you want to be is follow our advice and eat the meals we have the recipes for on our website.
I am not being in anyway flippant here. What I am telling you is the absolute truth and that is all you have to do is choose a GWH breakfast, lunch and dinner, a big enough portion to fill you up... Choose the recipes that you will enjoy and you will lose weight. I guarantee it! isn’t that great news?
If you stray from these recipes or if you try to adapt these recipes your weight loss will slow down. In fact, if you stray too far the weight loss will stop and you will start to put on weight again. Please listen to me, what I’m telling you is the absolute truth.
What may stop you here is simply organisation. This is the key. So many people when they first come across this system find it difficult to believe as they start to lose weight, they just become amazed that they can eat food, enjoy food and lose weight at the same time, well funny enough that’s exactly what healthy people are doing.
If you do slip from the plan, please don’t beat yourself up and think that your journey is over. It’s not, you’ve just slipped up like we all do regularly in all aspects of our life. You are not weak wiled, you are not alone.
