I’m sure you’re tired of hearing this but I have been working with a number of Nurses in Leicester and helping them with weight loss through healthy meals and good nutrition.

There’s one particular nurse called Lou and you will see her in Social Media clips, I promise. I was nervous of her and I thought she would be a very tough nut to crack. I was wrong.

Lou was very sceptical, however she has lost a stone in five weeks and what she said to me I thought was actually quite insightful so I will share it with you.

She said that she was never a particularly confident cook. Obviously there were lots of different food she liked, but she'd never cooked them herself and whenever she looked at a recipe book, she often felt overwhelmed just by the size of the ingredients list.

When she first accessed our website she felt slightly overwhelmed by the size and variety of the dishes. However, what she did next I didn’t really ever consider.

She did what I would do and I think many people would do in that she looked at all the recipes and picked out the one she liked the look of and then watch the videos.

She watched the videos on the dishes she was interested in to see how comfortable she was making them, then after watching them she realised just how simple they were and her cooking has gone from strength to strength and as her cooking improved, she’s been eating better and as she’s been eating better, her weight has come off.
