Take control of your life right now. Your weight, your health, your mental health.
Don’t leave something as important as your health to chance. Do take time to plan each day.
Make sure each day you know you are going to get good food, good nutrition and just as importantly, time for yourself, hopefully with a little bit of activity thrown in.
The difference that a little bit of planning will make to your life is just extraordinary. In fact, without planning everything just becomes a lottery... You and your life and your well-being is far too important to just be left to chance.
On a Sunday, look at the week ahead. When are your meal times? When are your shopping times? Do you know what each meal is? You can’t lose weight and you can’t get good nutrition if you don’t plan it.
Just as importantly do you make time for you? Again, I’ve learned that good things don’t happen unless you make them happen.
Do you like to read? Can you get out for a walk? Do you like to have a nap? Do you spend enough time with family or friends? Do you wanna go for a swim? Do you want to take up a new hobby?
So much is possible in your life, but it won’t happen unless you make it happen. We regularly ask people to tell us what makes up their day. Nearly all the time people just don’t know, they just have an overwhelming feeling that they are busy.
One last time, forgive me. Plan! Make sure what is important in your life actually happens. You can do this and we have the tools on the site to help you.
