I view the perimenopause and menopause as opportunities for women to take back control of their health. My approach is highly individualised, and I have extensive experience in complex menopause care. My aim is to make this transition a positive and empowering experience, helping women to make informed decisions about their health.

My mantra is that every woman deserves access to quality menopause advice and care. I believe that every woman is unique and will experience this natural transition in her own way.

I provide a holistic approach to this transition, focusing on health and wellbeing and connecting women for peer support. I offer advice on treatment for the various symptoms that can occur in the perimenopause and post menopause, including Hormone Replacement Therapy and alternatives.

Additionally, I regularly conduct menopause workshops, podcasts, presentations, and advocate for community health initiatives, ensuring that all women receive the care they deserve.

Navigating the Perimenopause Transition

The time around the perimenopause transition can be challenging with many women experiencing symptoms, and for around 25% of women, those symptoms can be severe.

I want you to have the best perimenopause and post menopause experience possible.

In order for this to happen, it’s about more than just hormone replacement therapy, especially if like many women, you cannot take it or choose not to take it.

Your journey through this transition can be made easier by looking after yourself. Sounds easy, right?!

In practice, we often don’t allow ourselves the time for this so I’m hopeful that finding this page will give some pointers.

Within the members only page you’ll find FAQ’s, good quality nutritious recipes which are essential for menopausal weight management and will keep you full for longer, support and the odd bit of advice!
