Navigating the Perimenopause Transition

The time around the perimenopause transition can be challenging with many women experiencing symptoms, and for around 25% of women, those symptoms can be severe.

I want you to have the best perimenopause and post menopause experience possible.

In order for this to happen, it’s about more than just hormone replacement therapy, especially if like many women, you cannot take it or choose not to take it.

Your journey through this transition can be made easier by looking after yourself. Sounds easy, right?!

In practice, we often don’t allow ourselves the time for this so I’m hopeful that finding this page will give some pointers.

Within the members only page you’ll find FAQ’s, good quality nutritious recipes which are essential for menopausal weight management and will keep you full for longer, support and the odd bit of advice!
